Sip & Guzzle offers two distinct experiences under one roof. Upstairs, Guzzle brings the energy of a New York-style pub with comforting bites ad classic cocktails. Downstairs, Sip offers an intimate setting with bespoke, handcrafted cocktails complemented by elevated small plates.
In 1860, a group of 77 samurai from Japan's first diplomatic mission to the U.S. visited Jerry Thomas' iconic bar in NYC, where he crafted the Japanese Cocktail for diplomat Tateishi Onojirou Noriyuki. Inspired by this history, The SG Club in Tokyo envisioned the American-style bar these samurai might have opened upon returning home. Sip and Guzzle continues this story, imagining what would happen if they brought the best of New York and Tokyo back to where it all began.
