How do I become a member?
You will hear from our team promptly after you submit your online application. Once accepted, you will receive instructions for setup on our mobile app.
What do Access Keys unlock?
In exchange for a monthly membership fee based on tier selection, members receive a Key balance to secure coveted reservations and exclusive experiences across our curated assortment of venues.
Do Keys roll over?
Premium and Select, our higher tier memberships, enable a level of roll over from month-to-month.
How many reservations can I make a month?
Our Core and Select offerings provide a guaranteed 2 reservations per month. Premium, our highest membership tier, unlocks more reservations and additional social experiences.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
Tables are typically available 15 to 30 days in advance. We also accommodate last-minute bookings through our custom request feature.
Do you honor custom requests?
Yes! You can select “custom request” within the Access app. Our dedicated concierge team will take care of the rest, honoring your desired reservation time, party size, and date.
What is the cancellation policy?
Each restaurant has their own cancellation policy which will be communicated upon booking. Keys will be fully refunded if members abide by the provided cancellation policy, which is usually between 8 to 48 hrs before the reservation.
How is Access different from Resy, OpenTable, or Dorsia?
